Join Leah M. Webb, author and garden consultant, for a 6-month garden and wellness series at Cup & Saucer in downtown Brevard, NC. We’ll meet on the last Saturday of every month, 4:00 – 5:30pm, at The Mercantile for learning and community-building around gardening and wellness. Classes begin in January and end in June. Backyard Greenhouse Growing: Greenhouses offer several unique opportunities for the home gardener or homesteader including longer growing seasons, better protected cool season crops, and enhanced ability to successfully grow starts from seed. Leah will share the numerous ways that her 315 square foot greenhouse has transformed her growing abilities and ultimately resulted in higher yields with less effort. She’ll discuss greenhouse options, construction considerations, limitations and benefits, greenhouse specific growing methods, and tips and tricks for growing your most amazing seedlings to date.

Every ticket includes a beverage of your choice from Cup and Saucer. Choices include (but are not limited to) tea, coffee, speciality coffee drinks, wine, or beer. Additional beverages and food are available for purchase. Please arrive at 4pm so that we can be seated and ready to start by 4:15pm.
